Michael Bogert has joined 色情五月天 as chief financial officer, effective Nov. 20.
Bogert is a strategic leader in healthcare finance with a track record of success in aligning
operational strategy with core business objectives.
鈥淢ichael has extensive experience in growing hospital systems in Southern California, and he will play an important role in developing and implementing growth strategies for Pipeline鈥檚 hospitals and our system as a whole,鈥 said Pipeline CEO Robert Allen.
Bogert succeeds Steve Blake, who has left the company after eight years of service. Blake will remain with Pipeline in a consultative role as he resumes his practice as owner of a CPA licensed professional corporation.

Bogert comes to Pipeline from his role as system CFO and executive vice president for KPC
Global Healthcare, a for-profit hospital system with seven hospitals in Southern California and
nine LTACs in six states.
Prior to that he served as CFO for the Palomar Health System in North San Diego County.
Palomar is a non-profit California District Integrated Hospital System with three acute
campuses, freestanding skilled nursing, psychiatric and rehabilitation facilities, two medical
groups, ambulatory surgery centers and multiple clinics.
Bogert also spent 12 years with Prime Healthcare as their hospital system CFO.
He joined Prime when the company had only eight hospitals in Southern California, and he was a key member of the executive team that grew Prime to 46 hospitals in 14 States by 2017, operating 31 hospitals as for profit and 15 as non-profit. He had oversight of 35 finance teams at the 46 hospitals and a total of 118 entities for a integrated health system in those 14 states.
Prior to joining Prime, Bogert spent 16 years working for national CPA firms as an
auditor and healthcare consultant.
